Provides multi-level Technical support for diagnosing
reproducing and fixing various server build issues
Should have the skills to handle the build independently and
work with different teams to troubleshoot the issues arise during server build
UNIX Hardware and OS issues/problems
Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service
Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA
Should demonstrate high level of proficiency in Linux/UNIX
administration and Troubleshooting
Install different agents like monitoring, backup, scheduling
etc.
OS upgrade to latest version whenever required
Harden the system according to the QA standards
Configure system to get updates from Satellite server
Implement workarounds and solutions to solve incidents and
problems, in close collaboration and according to client needs
