Roles and Responsibility

Very strong communication skills as they will be directly working with a Majority of MEL stakeholders

Co-ordinate with all stakeholders on roll-out of JIRA/Confluence to the squads/tribes/domain and maintain an excel oriented tracker

Create Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and also any FAQs on the Atlassian platform

Change management skills to communicate roll-out and changes

Other operational aspects that need to be delivered on an ad-hoc basis

Update ANZ Intranet pages with updates
