Key Job Description/Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience using all standard and advanced features in UFT/QTP

Thought-leadership in test automation with design and implementation of automation strategy

Architecting existing and new test automation frameworks

Excellent communication skills to recommend technical solutions to clients

Strong negotiation skills to acquire buy-in from clients around proposed solutions

Strong leadership skills to lead a 5-6 member self-motivated team
