Job Description:
Work closely with members of
the QE, and Development teams to define the automation test strategy, plan,
test cases and test suites for automation test cycles
Strong passion for using a
variety of programming languages and tools to simplify and accelerate repetitive
manual testing steps
Proactively takes initiatives
to analyze complex manual workflows and develop proof of concept to accelerate
those workflows using automation
Advocate and practice well
documented, structured, scalable and maintainable automation code with a focus
on maximum reuse of code
Develop, maintain and execute
automation tests to ensure sufficient test coverage
Develop high-quality
automation test engineering best practices, test strategy, and principles
Design scripts, and/or
procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
Participate in automation
script code reviews and provide guidance on their compliance with automation
best practices
