Job Description:

Performance tuning for domino servers
·
Working on all server related crashes, hang
issues, memory and space issues
·
User account management on Lotus notes
(Creation, deletion, recertification, renaming)
·
Keeping a Check on disk space utilization.
Allotted quotas for Specific Databases & mail files
·
Notes Client Setup & Upgradation
·
Holding primary responsibility for any
escalation in messaging environment Manage Domino servers at every 3M offices
and Divisions contracted with 3M for respective service
·
Monitor and update logs along with statistics
reports regularly
·
Upgrade Lotus Notes server software as suitable
and provide backup along with disaster recovery
·
Identify software and hardware problems to
provide reliable Notes atmosphere for end users
·
Configure and administer nationwide replication
along with email infrastructure through developing apt server connection
documents
·
Maintain Internet mail gateway as well as ensure
accessibility and availability of 3M hub server
·
Interact with ACS Support Center, LAN/WAN
engineers, Network Operations Center, field Notes Administrators and Notes
Developers
·
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for ACS Notes
network and ACS-developed Notes applications
·
Ensure to protect overall security of ACS Notes
network by administering database access control lists
·
Conduct server security measures as well as
external organizations cross-certification
·
Support field Notes Administrators to deploy and
support enterprise applications
