Roles and Responsibility

·         Tech lead IT Applications. Provide technical leadership to team of SMEs. Support on the skill area : Digital Technologies SFDC, CPQ, PEGA, PPM

·         Technical Expertise & Hands on knowledge in one or more areas applications / COTS

·         Overall knowledge of the E2E application flow, systems & solution for their application suite

·         Ensure timely & accurate reporting of the alarms & raising of Incidents

·         Technical specialist for resolving all complex & critical application issues/ challenges faced by the team

·         Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for their application suite

·         Responsible for driving down the incidents , problem, trouble tickets, service request trends

·         Support on work allocation

·         Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes 10. Strong Skills of Unix & PL/SQL /Scripting
