Roles and Responsibility

·         Handle all incoming resource requests, balancing multiple and conflicting requirements at any one time

·         Partner with WW RACE Leadership to act as a trusted advisor for interpretation of forecasted resource supply and demand

·         Conduct periodical exchange with Project Managers to ensure that resources data are regularly updated in the centralized tool

·         Support Delivery Managers to prepare for future needs and detect trends for projects to come

·         Analyze resource data highlighting trends and shortfall in capacity

·         Support Delivery Managers and Project Managers to Manage schedules and assess project needs and balance these against available resources as well as identify/recommend consultants to be staffed on projects

·         Have an understanding of the skill sets and desired work areas of the pool of resources

·         Collaborate with the Delivery Managers to identify skills gap and to contribute to training plans

·         Where appropriate, follow escalation routes and work with other business units to source required skills/resources

·         Work with Delivery Managers to maximize the utilization rate across the resources and support activities to optimize the utilization of the resource pool

·         Produce weekly/monthly information to support the WWRACE Management

·         Play an active role in revising the resource management process and updating templates related to these processes

·         Resource planning skills with resource allocation and conflict management experience (in a technical environment)

Skills Required:

·         Experience in various software applications including Excel, Power Point etc,

·         Demonstrated leadership capabilities and support key business decisions

·         Adhere to tight deadlines, manage competing demands effectively

·         Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate to fair and reasonable conclusions

·         Proactive communicator and willing to share information
