Roles and Responsibility

·         Hands on experience on Flotherm and Icepak

·         Product knowledge on Pci card thermal design

·         Good Theoretical knowledge on heat transfer

·         Must have prior experience on product level thermal simulation

·         Understanding of Fan characteristics

·         Basic knowledge on allegro, Creo/solid works

·         Masters in thermal engineering

·         5+ years of hands on experience in FloTHERM

·         Experience on Thermal solution validation is preferred
