End to end responsibility for
the completion of CRM team operation, support change and project activities

Provides overall overview of
CRM team activities toward the management

Supervise and stimulate the
team to higher achievements through sharing general knowledge, mentoring in
project deliver and management

Make active contribution to
the development of SMF-SAP team and IT&WS in general
·
Being in charge of
innovation/ optimization on project within internal organization
·
Has experiences working with
SAP CRM Front End, SAP CRM Middleware with combination of cProjects, WFM, SAP
ECC, SAP BW, SAP Gateway, SAP PI, and SAP NetWeaver
·
Has worked on the project
management of diverse type of SAP resources
·
Has experiences working with
multi-projects in the short period of time
·
Able to provide counsel for
higher/ lower functions in a professional way
·
Provide
regular updates towards C2C team leader and SMF SAP manager
