Solve complex problems that
arise in the MS Azure environment across different disciplines (ex.
distributed, network, storage, database and security)

Setup and support of
applications migrated from traditional data center onto Public/Private AZURE
cloud
·
Educate and guide on value of
Microsoft Azure, and participate in technical discussions to address challenges
with cloud workloads
·
Engage in continuous
improvement efforts based on feedback and best practices
·
Ability to lead major
incidents in a Managed Services, Agile working model to ensure Quality of
Service
·
Implement production changes
to support new and existing customers on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and
Microsoft PaaS
·
Act as a liaison between
engineering, architecture, and application development teams
·
Execute incident / problem /
change and service requests as it pertains to Microsoft Azure environment
·
Proactively identify and
implement operational efficiencies through scripting, automation or procedural
enhancements
·
Monitor Azure environment
using existing and emerging cloud tools
·
Understanding of Active
Directory and Azure AD and integrating on-Prem AD access with Azure AD accounts
·
Has had previous experience
as a developer and/or as an infrastructure resource that is equally comfortable
PowerShell, Azure ARM Templates and Azure DevOps
·
Experience in monitoring and
responding to incidents within Azure utilizing various remote and Azure
monitoring tools
Experience
with the Microsoft Collaboration and Power platforms
