Roles and Responsibility

·         Understand requirements, Performance or security testing framework/ architecture, Prepare and test Performance test scripts and test data

·         Create Performance / security test strategy

·         Provide inputs for workload Model

·         Carry out tools feasibility analysis and PoC if required

·         Create & review Performance scripts and test results and recommend the improvement to Business

·         Carry out Performance Engineering and tuning activities

·         Execute Performance testing

·         Status Reports to managers- raise the risks and issues in time, need to define mitigation plan

·         Allocate the tasks to the team and utilize the team effectively- guide, Mentor and train the team
