Roles and Responsibility :

·         Providing transaction support on large, multijurisdictional transactions, such as preparing and updating checklists and organizing transaction documentation for pre and post execution formalities;

·         Assisting in the preparation of documentation based on templates or previous deal documents

·         Reviewing, collating and indexing documents: reviewing documents for specific provisions and drafting summaries of key terms, carrying out specific pieces of research

·         Assisting in liaising with counsel in jurisdictions in which our client does not have offices and ensuring that advice received covers relevant issues and is consistent and set out in an appropriate format

·         Taking responsibility for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of work product pursuant to instructions and guidelines given by the relevant

·         Supporting the managers in managing the utilization of relevant team members and ensuring time is accurately and promptly recorded

·         Providing or supporting the provision of appropriate training to other team members to ensure skills develop to meet the overall needs of the Legal Support Centre

·         Providing regular feedback to your manager on relevant team members' performance and discussing development needs and opportunities with the Managing Consultants on a regular basis
