Verify and validate partner
products like SaaS and Web Applications, Endpoints, Printers, Server and
Storage Hardware Identify, isolate, interpret and report defects to product
management and engineering team

Work with partners to analyze
requirements and reproduce problems to get them resolved

Support technical programs,
primarily validating the joint integrations and do joint promotional activities
·
Build technical content and
assets to help promote the program and build a strong ecosystem
·
Assist Ready partners with
technical inquires or questions regarding product verifications and
integrations
·
Develop and build Citrix
Ready lab for self-learning, testing, and validating partner products in-house
·
Work with ecosystem leads and
managers to create, update and post Citrix Ready test kits for new partner
product types and new Citrix product versions
·
Manage each deliverable with
great attention to detail, from a concept through production and delivery, and
manage multiple projects simultaneously
