support team for technical support of Shared Service application i.e. Totoro,
UDW, and Axial EOD etc.,

Hands on support role, individual
contributor on L1 & L2 Production Services for Systems
·
Support health checks,
application support, incident management and automation initiatives
·
Problem ownership from
incident to resolution
·
Root cause analysis &
fixes for maintaining and improving
system stability
·
Perform timely system health
checks and alerts monitoring and take proactive action when issue arises
·
Respond quickly and
effectively to clients on support issues and functional queries
·
Release management work
closely with development, business and other key stakeholders to deploy upgrades and enhancements to production
environments
·
Resolve and track daily
production issues, provide for timely information to clients and also to update stakeholders with
regards to issue escalations and support automations
