Roles and Responsibility

·         Desktops, Laptops & Network printer configuration/ Troubleshooting & support

·         Windows 7, 10 & Windows Server Operating systems

·         Experience in Mac OS X (Added benefit), Office365, AD, DNS, DHCP, Backup & Restore and PowerShell scripting

·         Basic Network knowledge & Troubleshooting and Cloud computing & VPN

·         Any industrial Standard ITIL ticketing system (Preferably Service Now) and ITIL process

·         Knowledge on collaboration solutions like SharePoint, skype, WebEx & Zoom

·         Supporting Engineers/Developers on Desktops, Laptops and MFP Network printer issues and configuration management

·         Handling issue around MS products and desktops applications

·         Handling vendors & Capable to work independently with multiple teams and to close the issues / requirements with in the client SLA

·         Specialized in Desktop/Endpoint advanced solutions (Eg: Lansweeper, DLP)

·         Experience in Automation engineering & IT Process automation
