Roles and Responsibility

·         Performing Low-level root cause analysis in support of service interruption recovery, as well as creating and documenting preventive measures

·         Experience in Implementing and optimizing storage infrastructure

·         8-10 years of Strong Knowledge and experience in HP XP arrays, HP 3Par Arrays, Hitachi (VSP), NetApp FAS series, Pure storage

·         Strong Knowledge on FC, NFS, CIFS and iSCSI protocols

·         Good Knowledge on Storage Replication Technology, Snapshot Technology

·         Strong knowledge in Brocade, Cisco Fabric switches, Virtual fabrics

·         Knowledge in Scripting Shell/Perl

·         Knowledge in Storage Performance monitoring tools like DFM, DCFM, BNA, System Reporter

·         Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking stack an advantage

·         Skilled in reviewing technical data and preparing detailed implementation plans

·         Demonstrated understanding of support life cycle
