Roles and Responsibility

·         Ability to translate and understand the US/Non-US and Pharma business and marketing requirements and apply appropriately to generate list of account for Pharma marketing

·         Email marketing and general support building and executing content within Client tool

·         Manage lead scoring, reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, and potential process improvements

·         Research and implement advanced email marketing methodologies

·         Contribute to product recommendations, process-improvement efforts and technical reviews

·         Improve documentation and other customer resources by recommending changes in online and hard-copy documentation

·         Assist in the troubleshooting/submitting of tickets submitted by team/s

·         Perform regular audits of delivery metrics, trending, reputation data, and best practice compliance and authentication results
