Roles and Responsibility

·         7+ years of experience in messaging administration

·         Advanced level knowledge of Exchange 2016, Hybrid Online Exchange 2016 deployments

·         End to end message tracking and Public folder management

·         Mailbox migrations and Mailbox access configuration

·         Conference room configuration and troubleshooting

·         Proven customer service experience and Executive support experience

·         Previous deep-level troubleshooting experience in an Enterprise IT environment

·         Product closed-loop feedback into Development organization on product performance and supportability

·         Experience with Windows 2008-2012 Active Directory Domains

·         Domain Name Services administration and maintenance

·         Creating and populating AD security groups

·         Understanding of LDAP configuration and integration

·         Flexibility to work off business hours shifts (especially during initial onboarding)

·         Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation as necessary
