Looking for an experienced
resource of 8+ years who has worked to the capacity of an incident manager or
change manager

Will be responsible for
understanding the incidents due to technology failure/unavailability
·
This person will be
communicating the incidents to the business providing alternate interim
solutions or ETA
·
Should have experience of
understanding technology and converting it into business language
·
Will prefer someone with a
background in ITSM, ITIL and change management
·
Will also be responsible for
sharing reports with APAC regulators
·
Should have a strong
understanding of banking terminologies like forex, cash monitoring, trading etc
