Roles and Responsibility

·         Experience in Change Management, Incident management, Problem management, Configuration management

·         Understand the client Change management policy

·         Work with team members in India and global stakeholders to implement the Change management policy via tools available (ServiceNow)

·         Provide regular status to Senior Developers / Managers

·         Preparing MIS and reports (Business objects experience)

·         Flexibility to work under other Service Management areas such as Problem /Incident/Configuration
