Coordinate and deliver
activities related to the migration of the “in-scope” data from

Liberty Global current on
premise systems (Global Workday & other local ERP systems) to SAP
·
Success Factors (SF) by
working closely with the Program Manager and Data Migration System Integrator
·
Key accountabilities and
decision ownership
·
Data Migration - Project
Manage the data migration
for all SF modules; Coordinate with key stakeholders in the entire process and ensure a successful ETL as
per the approved data
migration strategy by working very closely with client (the Data migration team) & the overall Programmed
Team
·
Data Quality - Responsible
for coordinating and driving
data cleansing & enrichment in Liberty’s source systems as per requirements specified (i.e.
data quality reports provided by client). Single point of contact for local markets
in their data cleansing/enrichment queries
·
Data Extraction - Responsible
for ensuring data extraction from Liberty’s systems as per extraction criteria.
This may include extracting from
the source system independently (wherever required) or via local teams
·
Reporting - Provide data
migration related reporting to the overall program team and lead data migration
conversations in all governance forums jointly
·
Core competencies, knowledge
and experience: Strong data management & data migration experience with
expertise in Workday Environment
·
Proven experience of successfully
managing data migration activity in data conversion projects and migration
activities in large, global HRIS transformation projects
·
Appreciation of data
migrating reconciliation, data quality assessments & controls necessary to
ensure data quality issues are flagged & resolved
·
Strong experience in the
design and implementation of ETL solutions
