Roles and Responsibility

·         Basic knowledge of SharePoint (ideally 2010 and/or SharePoint Online)

·         Knowledge of intranet or internet editing (i.e. building pages and uploading other content) using SharePoint would be an advantage

·         Knowledge of Word and Excel

·         Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Experience of customer/colleague support and high levels of spoken English

·         Working on migration of SharePoint 2010 sites to SharePoint Online in Office365

·         Archiving pages and documents from older sites

·         Building new pages on SharePoint Online based on versions in SharePoint 2010 sites

·         Manually migrating documents including retagging in new location

·         Dealing with basic enquiries from colleagues concerning the intranet such as video uploads, granting site permissions and making changes to pages
