mapping documents and design/build IBM DataStage jobs to the requirements

Ability to write complex SQL
queries based on requirements to extract the data from Oracle databases

Construct DataStage jobs to
implement the requirements:
a. Extract the data from Oracle sources
b. Build JSON files using Hierarchical stage
c. Perform structural validation
d. Data type/allowable values validations and reporting
e. Transform data to ISO format
·
Perform unit testing and
participate in integration and system testing
·
Perform code fixing and code
deployment through different cycles of testing
·
Involve and contribute to the
data reconciliation process
·
Very familiar with different
stages within DataStage
·
ICON and Multifonds
experience is a plus
·
Familiar with Kafka connector
in Data Stage is a plus
·
Ability to work in Dublin/UK
time zone hours
·
Ability to write complex
transformation rule using JAVA or any other language
·
Ability to understand E2E in
terms of connectivity to legacy as well as new system
Experience and Skills
Required:
·
Proven experience as an IBM DataStage
Developer
·
Working knowledge of Kafka
·
Proven experience in writing
transformation rule in Java, SQL
·
Experience in Agile frameworks,
QA methodology and DevOps
·
Working knowledge of
application design, development and deployment
·
Proven knowledge on DataStage
and Data Warehouse
·
Ability to document and
troubleshoot errors/defects
·
Working knowledge of Transfer
