Roles and Responsibility

·         Respond to dealer Direct / Export customer queries on order status

·         Resolve and register the parts appearing in grief resolution

·         Communicate dealers / customers regarding obsolete / replacement parts

·         Co-ordinate with Product Support Marketing group for pricing of parts

·         Co-ordinate with Global Purchase / warehouse for expediting parts supply and shipments

·         Communicates estimated ship dates, providing shipping and tracking information

·         Arrange special transportation when required by co-coordinating with warehouse

·         Communicate to dealers the details of daily shipments and get confirmation

·         Expediting orders having co-ordinate logistics efforts to determine best solution

·         Communicate to GP, SCM / Warehouse for effecting stock transfer of parts to be dispatched along with units

·         Timely execution of Export orders with proper export documents, satisfying customs guidelines

·         Daily Reports, Monthly Reports, Business Plan Vs Actual sales short falls Report, Pending Customer Orders Report Special Reports etc.
