Roles and Responsibility

·         Basic Knowledge of 7QC tools, Quality Standard, First article inspection

·         Check the device before shipment to ensure that meet our standards

·         Measuring instrument - Venire caliper, Gauge, template to measure the dot, scratch

·         Daily preparing inspection result and published to team

·         Find the root cause, action and verify action in process to avoid it being in future

·         Check product as per the SIP and Product standard

·         Solving customer complaints, 8D Report Preparation

·         Proficiency of listening, speaking, reading and writing, English & Tamil can be used as working language

·         1 to 3 + years of relevant working experience in mobile phone/EMS in Quality Department

·         Familiar with India mobile phone inspection, sampling method
