various test automation initiative as part of IT Transformation

Help advising multiple
projects across BU in Verify Automation strategies, Tool adoption as a part of transformation initiative
·
Own and drive the Test
Automation Tool Chain agenda in SLDC team
·
Partner with Offshore and
Onsite Stakeholders to identify testing strategy
·
Provide Realistic time
estimates for test planning and execution
·
Track issues and work with
project managers and development team to resolve issues
Skills and Experience
Required:
·
6-12 years overall experience
in Test Automation and Test Management
·
Strong communication skills
to drive Test Automation Agenda, provide guidance to the projects team around
Test Automation strategies
·
5+ hands on experience working
on QA Automation Framework/solutions designing and Implementation
·
Strong understanding around DevOps
principals and Tool chain
·
Strong experience in
programming language such as Java, C# and Python
·
Experience in API and Rest
Service Testing
·
Scripts development
experience using GUI Automation like UFT, Test Complete and Selenium
·
Strong Test Design, Test
Automation and Analysis skills
·
Exposure to Dev Ops and
Continuous Integrations tools like Jenkins
·
Agile Software Development
Experience and preferably scrum
·
Experience working with
source control/defect tracking and continuous integration Tools
·
Excellent analytical and
communication skills
·
Hands-on experience of using
Test Management tool, preferably Quality Center/Zephyr
·
Experience in performance
testing Tools like performance Center and Jmeter will be preferred
