Roles and Responsibility

·         Act as first point of entry for SDLC Engineering toolchain queries

·         Work closely with SDLC Engineering and SRE teams

·         Log and maintain Knowledgebase for users of the SDLC Engineering toolchain

·         Monitor and manage SDLC Engineering services

·         Manage private and public cloud ITBU specific services and profiles

·         Triage private and public cloud ITBU specific services and profiles

·         Manage production environment with clearly defined KPIs

·         Identify area of improvements/automation to improve KPIs

 

Experience and Skills Required:

·         Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline toolsets (eg Jira, Jenkins, Gitlab & Ansible)

·         Good in scripting (eg Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, working with Json, yaml)

·         Enthusiasm and ability to learn and apply new technologies

·         Excellent written & verbal communication
