Roles and Responsibility

·         Effective Vendor Communication, Contract Negotiation, Manage Vendor

·         Escalation

·         Drive Regular Meetings with Vendor Partners

·         Deep Dive and provide meaningful analysis to drive cost save initiatives

·         Consultant On boarding / off boarding vendor headcount

·         Raising Purchase Requisitions and ensuring necessary contractual documents are created during on boarding and contractor extension process

·         Effective, Accurate and timely communication with Vendor Manager

·         Tracking and monitoring Vendor related KPIs / Metrics

·         Provide meaningful analysis to Sr. Management to drive decisions

·         Position ID allocations / Transfers, People-to-projects mapping, timesheet delegation & compliance reporting

·         Headcount Tracking and Control & reporting of Budgeted vs Actual Headcount

·         Preparation of presentation materials for periodic business reviews, one-off reports

·         Address ad-hoc queries/reporting requests from Technology managers, Finance, etc.

·         Manage Internal Transfer process

·         Recruitment control & co-coordinating with HR on resource requisition and related queries

·         Able to understand and interpret IT and management concepts and present them in a concise manner, e.g. graphically and keeping words to a minimum

 

Experience and Skills Required:

·         Sound knowledge of MS Office; WORD, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel (using macros, VB,

·         Look up, Pivot, etc)

·         Basic knowledge of Tableau (Would be Advantage)

·         Experience at preparing high quality documentation and presentation for senior management
