solution supports the Business Process End2End. Has process and IT landscape
expertise in Healthcare

Responsible to maximize the
use and acceptance of standard/catalogue based solutions to support business
needs driving industry best practices processes

Flexibly respond to shifting
business needs and priorities

Prior to UAT validates that
solution meets business requirements

Train key users and ensure
availability of training and support materials

Build effective and
productive key business stakeholder relationships (including BPO)

Early involvement in solution
design and estimations

Responsible to maximize the
use and acceptance of standard/catalogue based solutions to support business
needs driving industry best practices processes

Responsible to maintain
product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming
sprints

Develop user stories/
wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements) and work with
client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution

Ongoing validation of deliverables
against requirements

Train key users and ensure
availability of training and support materials
Experience and Skills
Required:
·
Complete implementation
knowledge of M-ize Tool
·
Domain knowledge of
documentation management (manuals, software...), specifically on services
·
Knowledge of managing the
information and documentation concerning platform and services
·
Organize the tool to support
and maintain, Supply deployment guide, developer APIs, user manuals, and
administrative guides
·
Definition and enforcement of
design and development guidelines, policies and procedures
·
Experience with Configuration
Management Processes and systems
·
Experience with requirements
gathering, effort estimation, impact analysis and supporting project/delivery
management with creating delivery plans
·
Experience with Application
and Infrastructure Support in an outsourced model
