Roles and Responsibility

·         Desktops, Laptops & Network printer configuration/ Troubleshooting & support

·         Experience in Windows 7, 10 & Windows Server Operating systems; Mac OS X (Added benefit)

·         Experience in Office365, AD, DNS, DHCP, Backup & Restore, AWS, service ticketing tools

·         Basic Network knowledge & Troubleshooting

·         Basic knowledge on Cloud computing & VPN

·         Any industrial Standard ITIL ticketing system (Preferably Service Now) and ITIL process

·         Experience in PowerShell scripting is mandatory

·         Knowledge on collaboration solutions like SharePoint, skype, WebEx & Zoom

·         Supporting Engineers/Developers on Desktops, Laptops and MFP Network printer issues and configuration management

·         Handling issue around MS products and desktops applications

·         Handling vendors & Capable to work independently with multiple teams and to close the issues / requirements with in the client SLA

·         Specialized in Desktop/Endpoint advanced solutions (Eg: Lansweeper, DLP)

·         Experience in Automation engineering & IT Process automation
