Any industrial Standard ITIL

Experience in PowerShell scripting is mandatory

solutions like SharePoint, skype, WebEx & Zoom

Supporting
Engineers/Developers on Desktops, Laptops and MFP Network printer issues and
configuration management

Handling issue around MS
products and desktops applications

Handling vendors &
Capable to work independently with multiple teams and to close the issues /
requirements with in the client SLA

Specialized in
Desktop/Endpoint advanced solutions (Eg: Lansweeper, DLP)
·
Experience in Automation
engineering & IT Process automation
