Roles and Responsibility

·         Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP or Scaled Agile SM or Advance SM certification or equivalent) preferred

·         Experience on working with distributed global teams

·         Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process

·         Good understanding and experience on TDD, ATDD, DevOps, CI, CD concepts

·         Strong communication skills

·         Strong fundamentals of iterative and incremental development; and Metrics

·         Strong in Agile methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise

·         Strong understanding of software development processes and procedures

·         Familiarity with common Agile and Quality Engineering practices
