Roles and Responsibility

·         Experience in project management, process and methodology

·         Experience in large system deployment

·         Experience in writing test cases, plan and schedule text plans,check UAT readiness against business requirements

·         Experience in SAP S4 HANA (not a must, but nice to have)

·         Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint

·         Experience in complex stakeholder management across all functions / cross markets

·         Influencing skills and comfortable interacting with both senior and mid-level managers throughout the organization

·         Experience and strong knowledge in CRM application (i.e. Sales Force, Dynamics) and sales quoting tools

·         Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to manage motivate and drive teams to perform to a high standard of excellence

·         Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment

·         Strong critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks

·         8+ years of experience in sales operations or transformation programs in technology related industry
