Responsible for managing
Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the
defined SLA

High level of proficiency in
VMware VSphere / Citrix Xen Desktop, Vshield, Windows and LINUX administration
and Troubleshooting, Administration of Public Clouds: AWS / MS Azure Scripting
Tool: PowerShell and VB Script Should be able to provide technical guidance to
other team members

Should be able to collaborate
across products/vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution
·
Provide recommendations to
improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis
·
Actively contributes to the
troubleshooting, performance tuning of Virtualized servers
·
Perform necessary Virtualized
infrastructure maintenance activities and migration, as required
·
Ability to identify
scalability, performance and integration issues and propose optimal solutions
·
Should be able to collaborate
across products/vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution
·
Required to work as on-call
support to provide 24x7 supports
