Roles and Responsibility :

·         To be the first point of contact for the Front Office for all issues (across asset classes)

·         Liaising with and following up any issues with Operations/Product Control/Business Practices and investigate booking/settlement/matching issues

·         Trade Lifecycle management - Cancels/Amends/Reissues/Expiries/Exercises cross product

·         To understand the markets and understand the STP processes from the main brokers

·         Co-ordination of UAT/Implementation of front office system migrations and developments

·         Should have very strong knowledge of Derivatives, Money Market products, ISDA guidelines, ASIC, MiFid requirement(Regulatory)

·         Propose and lead change to current processes
