diagnostic support at L2 / L3 level for these technologies

Exposure to working on Cloud
platforms for support and cloud operational monitoring tools
·
Server performance monitoring
and apply the solution to increase the performance if need
·
Strong knowledge on windows
server level issues handling and Active Directory
·
Incident, problem and service
outage management
·
Visualization Qlik Sense or
Tableau Platform Administration experience will be desirable but can be trained
·
Document and maintain
work-instructions (Knowledgebase Management) and collaboration with
infrastructure teams
·
Identify and raise system
capacity related issues (storage, licenses, performance threshold) & Server
Performance, capacity, utilization monitoring and Health monitoring
·
Research and recommend
alternative actions for problem resolution based on best practices and
application
