Conducting preliminary
interviews (telephonic as well as in-person) with the candidates to check their
interest skills after briefing them about the job description and company profile

Coordinating & scheduling
interviews for the shortlisted candidates

Conducting negotiation process
for salary, joining time, joining bonus, documentation etc

Partnering with hiring managers

Strong experience of hiring for
Investment banking roles

Preparing and Analyzing
Division wise daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports using Power Point &
Excel

Ensuring timely & accurate updating

Maintaining all recruitment
related Trackers

Prior experience in Recruitment
role is recommended

Excel knowledge of Microsoft
Office products Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Excellent communication skills (Written
and Oral) with experience in dealing with external stakeholders
