Roles and Responsibility

·         Installing configuring administration of VMWare/Hyper V

·         Configuring network in VMware vSphere

·         Configuring storage in VMware vSphere etc.

·         Power shell scripting

·         Skills on virtualization/scripts/cloud

·         Desktops, Laptops & Network printer configuration/ Troubleshooting & support - Windows 7, 10 & Windows Server Operating systems

·         Network knowledge & Troubleshooting

·         Cloud computing & VPN

·         PowerShell scripting is mandatory

·         Knowledge on collaboration solutions like SharePoint, skype, WebEx & Zoom

·         Supporting Engineers/Developers on Desktops, Laptops and MFP Network printer issues and configuration management

·         Handling issue around MS products and desktops applications

·         Handling vendors & Capable to work independently with multiple teams and to close the issues / requirements with in the client SLA

·         Specialized in Desktop/Endpoint advanced solutions ( Eg: Lansweeper, DLP)

·         Experience in Automation engineering & IT Process automation
