You will need to ensure best-in-class service is provided by the
People Services team to the business by ensuring employees’ queries and work
requests are responded to professionally and within predefined Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) using Live Chat and tickets on ServiceNow platform

You will need to ensure all HR transactions are processed on
Workday system with 100% accuracy and efficiency
·
You will need to increase and promote the use of self-service by
creating documentation to add to our HR knowledge database. You will also need
to maintain process documentation to align with business process needs, statutory
and regulatory changes
·
You will build relationships across the business (both inside
and outside the HR team) ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and where
applicable, consulted, about process change requests that impact their area
·
You will work in co-ordination with the Talent Acquisition team
to ensure smooth Onboarding of new hires into the company
·
You will need to ensure all hire to retire tactical
administration activities including (but not limited to) assisting new hires in
filling statutory onboarding forms, benefits enrollments, storing employee data
on various tools, taking care of the exit formalities of termed employees,
providing HR inputs to payroll, maintaining Personnel files and complying to
laws of the land are performed as per the prescribed timelines with 100%
accuracy

ideas to make the processes as concise, accurate and efficient as possible to
provide excellent employee experience

You will participate in HR projects, as required and take care
of any ad-hoc activities that come in which require operational support
·
0 to 3 years of HR Operations/ HR Shared Services experience
including ability to resolve employee queries using ServiceNow platform,
Onboarding activities, Workday HR transactional data entry and maintenance
(hire, term, organization changes, compensation changes, - all employee
actions), exit formalities, letter generation
·
Knowledge of Office 365 tools including Word, Excel and Outlook
·
Fluent in English both spoken and written, additional foreign languages
desirable
·
Knowledge of HRIS systems preferably Workday, and CRM tools like
ServiceNow
·
Ability to identify process gaps/ no process areas and work with
stakeholders to create organized processes while managing multiple priorities
