ThousandEyes, Aruba Airware or any other monitoring tools

Experience debugging tools like Wireshark, tcpdump
·
Experience with OSPF v3, and BGP v6
·
Experience in SD-WAN technology
·
Experience with firewall implementations (layering, DMZ,
SNAT/DNAT)
·
Hands on experience with Cisco, Brocade, Aruba, PAN products
·
Knowledge of Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, and Windows operating
systems a plus
·
Cisco VSS / vPC, port-channels, fabric path and spanning tree
(MST/PVST)
·
Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF v2, BGP v4, MPLS, and
VRF
·
Experience implementing and supporting dense core/edge networks
·
Create and maintain network diagrams
·
Provide technical guidance and coaching to other engineering
staff
·
Work with other departments to provide high availability of
production services.

Working under pressure in production environments running
production customer workloads and services

Previous knowledge or strong desire to learn about crisis

Success in this role requires very strong technical and
communication skills, a broad background and understanding of every layer of
the software development, SaaS ecosystems, and the ability to identify the
issue and escalate to the correct Dev Ops team. The ability to work
independently and as part of a specialized team in a diverse environment is a
requirement

At least 5 years of experience working with production Network
and SaaS/Cloud-based systems.

Minimum 3 years of experience with Unix/Linux OS/ Docker

Expert-level experience with: OSI, Ethernet, L2/L3 networking in
the modern Data Center and its associated technologies as well as familiarity with
various networking vendor equipment: Cisco, Brocade, Extreme, Arista, Dell, etc.
