Responsible for producing the infrastructure solution designs
for projects by ensuring the quality and security standards and also provide
the estimation and consultations for projects

Closely work with Tech area architects to develop new patterns
based on the project requirements and also downstream build and support teams
to oversee the builds performed as per the design and service transitioned on
time

Experience in medium to large and complex systems design and
integrations
·
Design high quality designs that meet customer requirements and
are consistent with enterprise architectural standards by getting the
endorsement in various architecture and security governance forums
·
Works with customers and the Tech area architects/Enterprise
Architecture (EA) to gain consensus and establish application architecture and
align to Technology roadmaps/blueprints
·
Strong work experience in designing various infrastructure
platforms including Windows, Solaris, AIX, Linux, storage, networks (LAN/WAN),
Cloud, cPaaS, security for large organizations etc
·
Previous experience in scoping the work, requirement gathering
and developing plans for strategic pieces of work
·
Work with Tribe Performance Lead and Technology Area Architect to
develop solutions that map to realize value
·
Proficient in distributed systems and associated planning,
calling out dependencies/risks and issues while designing the infrastructure
solutions
·
Domain leadership in two or more infrastructure domains along
with experience on Cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, Azure
·
Experience in Active Directory, Virtualization technologies
(Microsoft Hyper V, VMWare vSphere), Containerization technologies like
OpenShift, Dockers etc
·
Previous work experience in designing infrastructure solutions
for green field projects, migration, remediation & lifecycle refresh
projects
·
Previous experience in managing conflicts to adopt fit for
purpose strategy and call out hard dependencies & negotiate to deviate from
existing Technology and platform standards to meet project timelines &
deliverables in agile way
·
Ensure buy-in to solution approach and able to build strong and
influential stakeholder relationships
·
Leverage business acumen and technical knowledge to influence
outcomes and deliver value for a solution Review enterprise application
architecture standards & provide necessary consultations
·
Assist business with complex risk profiling – identify and
assess risks and controls
·
Aware of security principles, TOGAF methodologies, Agile principles
·
Facilitate collaborations between stakeholders who have diverse
objectives
