    • Managing Service Requests and Incidents for clients via service now tool
    • Assisting client via chats in order to resolve their technical concerns and queries 
    • Worked with Incident management tools to resolve customer queries with full satisfaction. 
    • Installed software , modified and repaired hardware and resolved technical issues 
    • Worked with different parameters like MTTR , FCR , AHT , Survey score with defined determinations. 
    • Worked with System Administrator role , took Admin rights on clients user machine to manage chat flow and perform technical support with bes
