JD for Paint Design to Manufacturing Activities
Np- 15days to Immediate
Major Responsibilities:
1) Design Review of styling and design data and providing the feedback to Design team and Countermeasure proposal.
2) Ensuring Stellantis production requirements (PR check) Adoption in New model design.
3) Should understand Stellantis Standard (RT’s).
4) ED Coating – Air pocket and draining confirmation on BIW by checking the BOX structures in Vehicle and analysing the ED painting Simulation results.
5) Plant side Unique Facility Feasibility requirement study and adopt to the new model.
6) Direct material cost, Project investment requirement Study for New model.
7) Design and Development of New Jigs/Slave Tools for New model.
8) Supporting new model vehicle trial and making counter measure for their Design related issues.
9) Study & calculation of Design Standard time (DST), Provide solution to reduce DST.
10) Preparation of Process Documents Like (POS, FMEA, Control plan etc.)
11) Proving out Process (PTED, Sealer & Topcoat) Parameter for New Model & Provide Counter measure for Non-Achieve Points.
12) Responsible for deciding definition of bi-Tone Process. Work for target masking time achievement.
13) Candidate should understand overall paint shop Process.
SKILL SET - ESSENTIAL
1) Should have exposure in Software like CATIA -V6 , Team Centre.
2) Sound knowledge in automobile paint shop process with special experience in ED, topcoat line, paint mixing room, Repair touchup line.
3) Problem solving & defect root cause analyzing ability, experience in control system, PLC, Effective coordination & handling equipment, and paint material suppliers.
4) Good negotiating & Analytical skills, Project Management skills and leadership qualities.
5) Knowledge on Auto CAD will be added advantage.
6) Ability to work with deadlines & without supervision.
Educational Qualifications: -
Graduate Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience – 8~10 Years
