Roles and Responsibility

Role : Senior Business Analyst

Exp - 6 to 8 years

Np- 15days to Immediate 

 

Skill Set : ITSM Service management and ServiceNow, experience in deployment and setting up new instances is mandatory

Certification : CSI Certification and any service now certification is mandatory.

Experience: 6+ Yrs

Work Location : Bangalore (WFO from day 1 , RGA Tech park)

Shift timings : Afternoon starts from 1.00 PM

NP: Only Immediate

Education : BE / BTech / ME / Mtech (Avoid - JNTU and BPUT or any other Andhra University)

Please note- Any ServiceNow Admin certification is mandatory
