Roles and Responsibility
      • Lead in design and development of centralized accounts payable operations across invoice receipt, invoice reconciliation, invoice approvals, invoice pay advice, and invoice payment business processes:
      • Business support operations processes

      Skill Mapping

      • Business support processes excellence metrics definition, metrics Measurement methodologies definition, and metrics continuous improvement loop definition
      • Job function training needs identification
      • Support in business process, Invoice to Payment (I2P), ?To-be? process design and development
      • Support Change Manager in defining change strategy and change plan, by providing inputs as relevant to Central Accounts Payable Ops
      • Support Change Lead /Analyst in executing change strategy /plan, as relevant to Central Accounts Payable Ops
      • Change communications
      • Training strategy, material, plan, schedules for Super /Key /End-user etc.
      • Documentation of all business processes, related to Central Accounts Payable Ops, at a Level 5
      • Imparting Knowledge Transfer (KT) to designated team members identified by the project management team
      • knowledge of Accounts Payable Support Operations Processes in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) setting.
      • Thorough exposure to design and development of centralized Accounts Payable operations organization structure, job definition, role definition, skill mapping etc.
      • Strong documentation experience? detailed at Level 5, to ensure all operations support processes are thoroughly documented.
      • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba solution enablement of Central Accounts Payable operations processes.
      • Exposure to working with Change Management teams ? communications, training etc.
      • 10+ years in design and development of Centralized Accounts Payable Operations in a global setting
      • Financial Services Industry Knowledge is desired.
