Program management and Service Delivery
Technical Control Skills complete understanding of infrastructure IT solution and Datacenter operations
- Mandatory administrative skills and hands on in AIX (7.1,7.2) minimum 5 years
- Installation of fresh AIX servers, and assigned storage from SAN
- TL/SP upgradation and patch installation on AIX servers
- DR Drill activity exp from planning to execution
- SAN switch migration activity Planning to execution
- Knowledge on HMC
- Storage management knowledge of V5000, V7000, Flash900, XIV, SVC,V5020, V3700 storages
- Daily monitoring and server health checks- CPU, Disk , file system, Replication
- Understanding for application monitoring
- Knowledge of IBM NetBackup tool and restoration
- Clear concept of Mirroring, Alt clone, disk addition deletion, server commissioning decommissioning
- Basic knowledge on Vmware, windows and Database operational tasks
- Understanding of server security and compliance requirements
- Governance SkillsDaily/ weekly/ monthly connect with customer and understanding the requirement
- Day to day operational tasks tracking and complete control on team
- Knowledge of Review meetings with customers, partners, internal teams
