Project - E Payment Gateway, Datacenter support, 24*7 support account

Location -Chandivali, Mumbai (Onsite mandatory)

Experience- 8 years to 13years

Np- 15days to Immediate

Datacenter Infra operations handling minimum 2 years Leadership quality, customer management and vendor management.

Job Description:


Program management and Service Delivery

Technical Control Skills complete understanding of infrastructure IT solution and Datacenter operations

  • Mandatory administrative skills and hands on in AIX (7.1,7.2) minimum 5 years
  • Installation of fresh AIX servers, and assigned storage from SAN
  • TL/SP upgradation and patch installation on AIX servers
  • DR Drill activity exp from planning to execution
  • SAN switch migration activity Planning to execution
  • Knowledge on HMC
  • Storage management knowledge of V5000, V7000, Flash900, XIV, SVC,V5020, V3700 storages
  • Daily monitoring and server health checks- CPU, Disk , file system, Replication
  • Understanding for application monitoring
  • Knowledge of IBM NetBackup tool and restoration
  • Clear concept of Mirroring, Alt clone, disk addition deletion, server commissioning decommissioning
  • Basic knowledge on Vmware, windows and Database operational tasks
  • Understanding of server security and compliance requirements
  • Governance SkillsDaily/ weekly/ monthly connect with customer and understanding the requirement
  • Day to day operational tasks tracking and complete control on team
  • Knowledge of Review meetings with customers, partners, internal teams
  • Inventory management and monthly report validation along with customer
  • Quarterly VA&Patch tracking and coordination with Application / Business team
  • Cash collections from customer, margin understanding and basic understanding of project P&L

People management Skill- Hiring / replacement of team members

  • Management of Onboarding and Offboarding process
  • Motivation and team bonding activities
  • Experience in resource database management including resources shifts & Leaves tracking
  • Understanding of knowledge transfer documents and sign offs during resources off and on boarding
  • Customer Management Skill Experience of being single point of contact for customer
  • Complete understanding of ITIL phases - incidents , changes, problems
  • SLA management, involvement in industry level standardise documentations  - RCAs, SOPs, Internal Process documents, Handover docs, audit documents
  • Continuous improvement plans for customer delivery
