Job Description
US Shift - 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Cabs will be provided.
Np- 15days to Immediate
Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing 2 way, 3 way match invoicing
- Processing PO & Non PO invoices with concept of direct and indirect tax as per TAT
- Performing Key vendor reconciliations
- Performing GRNI reconciliations
- Working on Parked & Blocked invoices and ensuring the blocks are cleared and invoices are paid on time.
- Identifying the open issues and vendor debit balance and getting the resolution.
- Ensure all the relevant PTP controls are operated and adhered in their area of work.
- Adhering to the DTP process and updating it on regular basis.
- Identify and analyze aged invoices and take corrective action to ensure AP aging is within terms
Skills
- 6-8 years experience relevant work experience in a F&A BPO or any other industry in Finance & accounting field
- Experience in End to End P2P Domain
- Good knowledge of process with good communication
- Good understanding of AP/Procure-to-Pay(P2P )
- Customer care and team playing skills
- Conversant with Purchase to Pay SAP application.
