Job Description


Experience: 1-3 yrs

Np- 15days to immediate 

 

Daily Activities :

Handling Global Cash Management services (GCMS Plus) and all related registrations in the GCMS Plus.

Liaising with Clients for all Online Banking platform related Queries.

Documentations

Branch Registration

Initial Set up at client?s side

OTP Token Activation

Password Reset

 

Regular Liasoning with Internal teams for:

 

  • Monitoring the Transaction at Bank Side.
  • For ENS/GNS Registration and Related Queries.
  • For Delivery of OTP Tokens at Client Side.

 

NACH Operations:

 

  • Checking and Confirming the Mandates.
  • Liaoning with V-soft, Deposits Team, ODI, and the Client to carry out smooth process and completion of daily activities.
  • Maintains Master of NACH Mandates Received, Accepted, Rejected etc.

 

Comsuite Forex

 

  • Documentations.
  • Registration.

 

e-IDPMS/e-EDPMS

 

  • Following up with the Clients for LOU.
  • Coordinating with internal teams & customers for initiating the first transaction.
  • Supporting customer on general queries on e-IDPMS/e-EDPMS.
