Roles and Responsibility

  • Role: Purchase Analyst

     

    Key Skills:

    Good & clear communication is must.

    Engineering graduate /Freshers (Mechanical, Electronics preferred)

    Good Excel management.

    -         0-1 Years of experience.

     Np - 15days to Immediate 


    Job Description:

    • Support team with  SCOPP -SAP tool for making PO?s (Purchase Order) Creation and Making Price Amendments for FOREX, IRM & NIRM Materials.
    • Assisting Buyer?s in their activities like Obsolescence claims, VT payments etc.
    • Must have a good Knowledge on MS EXCEL, MS Power Point. Maintaining database on Supplier Master sheet management &
    • data reporting on Capacity, Material, Forex, CR pillars, Logistics and modification of parts.
    • Good & clear communication is must to have for this role. He will support to obtain relevant approvals from management on PO`s.
    • Attend, prepare and organize the supplier meetings and internal meetings.
