BEX – Quality Data management & coordination (PPQMS)
Purpose of the Role
Support Customer Experience – Planning & Performance (CX - PLPE) mission of a holistic Customer Experience approach & framework while establishing a Stellantis IAP wide CX Governance
Key Deliverables
- Lead Data management and coordination within PPQMS function.
- Supports Quality targets / KPIs, measurement and reporting.
- Support New Era of Agility (NEA) initiatives for PPQMS and CX function.
- Support Key CX initiatives and monitor its progress and implementation
- Support Execution of training plan for CX as per annual plan.
- Support synergy and team building initiatives in PPQMS and CX function.
- Support Execution of Road map for PPQMS Function in line with CX WTB 2024.
Skills / Experience
- Bachelor’s in engineering
- Minimum 08 ~ 12 years of experience, out of which minimum 5 years in Quality function
- Strong in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to analysis situations, root causes, design & implement countermeasures.
- Details driven, ability to prioritize & multitask
- Customer centric approach, reliable & good in English.

Travel
- Base work location will be in Chennai
- Should be flexible to travel across locations.
