Position : PeopleSoft Business Analyst with GL Experience
Job Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid Mode)
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Mode of hire: Contractor (Duration Initially 1 years, it may be extendable)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Max
Roles and Responsibility
5+ years of techno-functional experience with good understanding and working knowledge of any Core Banking Applications preferably in Markets segment or Finance Systems ERP Applications preferably PeopleSoft FMS modules i.e. General Ledger/Asset Management/Accounts Payable modules.
Proficient in Business, System & Data analysis.
Strong knowledge on SQL skills with DB query writing and management is essential.
Experience with Agile ways of working which includes collaboratively working with Product Owner, Journey Experts, Analyst and Engineers within a Squad, Tribe and Function.
Continuous improvement mindset to allow for improved delivery
Knowledge of accounting, reconciliation and financial reporting processes would be an advantage
Demonstrated experience in Functional/Business Verification testing, User acceptance testing which includes collaborating with technology to review requirements and validate system enhancements.
Knowledge on any testing tools would be an advantage.
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously or with a team
Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
Ability to prioritise and lead business support issues, production incidents, problems and work request
